Current stage of project implementation:
The project have come to agreement with regional, municipal and district departments of education, culture, health, social protection (budgetary); regional management; municipal and district administration and departments of public utilities;
Consistent promotion of energy conservation in the municipal and budget areas by means of exhibitions, seminars and international conferences.
Expected savings of energy resources: 20% of total energy consumption
