Setting of the authorized subjects of foreign economic activity, which can carry out marked export and import, and adjustings of the proper export-import operations belong to the competense To the cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, which must co-ordinate the decisions with the proper By committees Verkhovna Rada Ukraine.

Establishment in any form of government monopoly on a export and import of other types of commodities, not marked in this article, is not allowed and can be appealed in judicial to the order.
