Article 17. Prohibition of separate types of export and import
It is forbidden in Ukraine:
- export from territory of Ukraine of objects, which make national, historical, archaeological or cultural acquisition of the Ukrainian people which is determined in obedience to the laws of Ukraine
- import or transit of any commodities about which preliminary it is known that they can inflict harm a public moral, to the health or to make a threat life of population, to the animal kingdom and plants, or to result in a damnification a natural environment, if in relation to transit commodities it is not used necessary measures for prevention of such harm;
- import of products and services, which contains propaganda of ideas of war, racism and colour bar, genocide, and others like that, which conflict with the proper norms Constitutions of Ukraine
- export of natural resources which are closed, if limitations are also used to the internal consumption or production
- export and import of commodities which are carried out with violation of intellectual ownership rights
- export from territory of Ukraine of commodities within the limits of implementation of decisions of Security of Organization of the Incorporated Nations Council about application of limitations or embargoes on supplying with commodities in the proper state
Introduction of prohibition of export or import from other grounds possibly only, if it is settled international agreements the participant of which is Ukraine.
The bill of goods the export (import) of which through territory of Ukraine is forbidden is determined exceptionally the laws of Ukraine.
Control after implementation of requirements which are contained in this article depends upon the custom organs of Ukraine and central organ of executive power on questions a economic policy.
