Article 3. Subjects of foreign economic activity
By the subjects of foreign economic activity in To Ukraine it is:
- physical persons - citizens of Ukraine, foreign citizens and persons without citizenship, which have a civil legal capacity and capability in obedience to the laws of Ukraine and constantly live on territory of Ukraine

- legal entities, registered as such in To Ukraine and which have a permanent location on territory Ukraine (enterprises, organizations and associations of all kinds, including the joint-stock and other types of economic societies, association, unions, business concerns, consortia, point-of-sale houses, intermediary and consultative firms, cooperative stores, credit-financial establishments, international associations, organizations et al), in a that number legal entities, property and/or a capital of which the propert of foreign subjects of economic activity has fully
- associations of physical, legal, physical and legal persons, which are not legal entities in obedience to laws Ukraine, but which have a permanent location on territory Ukraine and which by civil legal laws Ukraine it is not forbidden to carry out economic activity
- morphons of foreign subjects of economic activity, which are not legal entities in obedience to the laws of Ukraine (branches, separations, and others like that), but have a permanent location on territory of Ukraine

by law Ukraine from 04.11.2004 N 2157-IV)
- joint ventures are with participation of subjects of economic activity Ukraine but foreign subjects of economic activity, registered as such in To Ukraine and which have a permanent location on territory Ukraine
- other subjects of economic activity, foreseen laws Ukraine
Ukraine in the person of its organs, local authorities and managements in the person of the external economic organizations created by them, which take part in foreign economic activity, and also other states which take part in economic activity on territory Ukraine, operate as legal entities in obedience to part fourth of the article 2 of this Law and laws Ukraine.
